Service description
JobPrepHelp provides AI-assisted interview preparation tools, including personalised prep portals, questions, STAR scenarios, flashcards, references, quizzes, progress tracking, and paid-plan features such as premium exports and extra prep access.
User responsibilities
You must provide lawful content, protect your account credentials, review generated content before using it in a real interview, and avoid misuse, impersonation, abuse, scraping, or fraudulent activity.
AI output disclaimer
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for checking output quality, relevance, and factual accuracy before relying on it. JobPrepHelp is designed to keep outputs professional and interview-appropriate, but you should still sense-check examples, factual claims, and role fit before use.
Paid services and promo codes
Subscription, annual, credit, and promotional access are subject to Stripe checkout, available pricing, and any applicable promo-code restrictions. We may change or withdraw offers at any time unless already purchased or required otherwise by law.
Profile controls and account deletion
You can manage your display name from the My Profile area. You can also request account deletion from My Profile. When a deletion request is submitted, the account enters a 30-day holding period before final removal. During that period, new prep creation and new purchases are disabled. If you cancel the deletion request, the account becomes active again and any future deletion request starts a fresh 30-day holding period.
Data export and account emails
Where available in the product, you may download a copy of your account data directly. We may also send account-related emails such as verification emails, purchase confirmations, profile update notices, deletion-request notices, deletion-cancellation notices, export confirmations, and other operational messages needed to run the service.
Account controls and enforcement
We may suspend, restrict, reset, disable sign-in, or delete accounts where necessary to address abuse, payment issues, security incidents, fraud risk, or legal obligations. We may also retain limited records where reasonably required for billing, dispute handling, compliance, security, or misuse prevention. For support contact info@jobprephelp.com.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobPrepHelp is provided on an as-is basis and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
